Intermediate School

The goal of the Fei Tian Intermediate School program is to foster intellectual, aesthetic, spiritual, physical, and emotional growth in students and provide an environment that helps each student develop integrity, self-discipline, and concern for others.

The intermediate school academic program is geared toward the mastery of skills in reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science. Critical thinking skills are taught along with the key concepts.

Students are taught to perceive, classify, and synthesize new materials, solve problems, and form judgments in the humanities, the arts, and the sciences. The humanities curriculum makes connections to students’ daily lives, and teachers address themes in history and literature that concern students of this age, such as integrity, making difficult choices, and enduring setbacks.
